I can confirm that since there was an issue with the 1st competition in the Treasure Hunt event, your total EPs didn't match with the EPs collected during the competition. The competition started at 8 PM instead of 2 PM. More information can be found HERE 🙂

Go to their web site (https://portal.pixelfederation.com/en/portcity/support) and totally ignore the "Search for your Issue" box, it only brings you right back here. Scroll further down where you can pick a "category" for your issue. If it offers you some choices for related issues chose "no" or "none of the above" or similar choice to get it to ignore their suggestions. That will give you a form to fill out and where you can add an attachment like a screenshot.

Don't forget to write down your "Player ID" from the "settings" menu of the game (the Gear Icon in the upper right of the game screen). That is your game id and not at all related to your id on this forum.
