Ahoy there Port Managers, September brought to us these issues:
- ADS- Black screen and Crashes in games (Fixed)
- City Building upgrade - color of required materials (Fixed)
- Stuck at Login Screen (Fixed)

1. ADS- Black screen and Crashes in games 
We have noticed an increase in the tickets and notifications on social medias about crashes caused by the ads - in short, after attempting to watch an ad the game will crash and return you to your main menu of your device or a black screen.

The Fix 🔎
Our team is has found and turned off a feature that was causing the constant crashes regarding the ads- by now the ads for Samsung and Pixel devices should be behaving correctly as they did before this issue!
We are still properly monitoring the situation and ads to see, if it either returns or we find any more errors regarding these ads- we are grateful for all of your help and in case you notice a spike in the ads crashes, do not hesitate to let us know HERE on our support!

2. City Building upgrade - color of required materials 
After the latest update, we have been notified that reworked city building upgrading is not correctly displayed when players don't have enough required materials. In that case, players have the specific number of the material in the white color, not in red as supposed. Only when having 0 number of required material, the color is red.

The Fix 🔎
Our tech team fixed this issue and also added additional checkmarks for the clarity- this change and fix is already included within the newest update in your Store to a version 1.19, so make sure to update your game to apply this fix!

3. Stuck at Login Screen ⏳
We have been notified about an issue that happened within the game today at 14:42 CET, where the players were kicked out of their game sessions and currently cannot load back in- more specifically they are stuck at their loading screens after the issue occurred!
The Fix 🔎
This issue is already fully resolved by our team today at approximately 15:00 CET- make sure to fully reload your game to apply the fix and continue on your adventure! We apologize for the temporary inconvenience that this issue has caused!
