Hello Sylvia. Thanks to the Gift Boxes our players were able to claim the rewards in the Event Pass. Unfortunately, this option was available from July 29th, 14:00 CET until August 5th, 14:00 CET. I hope that you were able to claim the rewards.
It is important to remember that the event shop is available throughout the duration of the event and one extra day afterward, so you can spend your hard-earned event currencies and collect the rewards from your Event Pass.
