A pop-up appears asking how I “like” the game. Three options, no, yes, decline. Selecting no takes you to the forum page and will not let you submit anything unless you are logged in, even though I am logged in to PLAY the game. Once logged in, it is very difficult to “discover” how to provide feedback about whether you “like” the game or not. So I dropped in here.
Your randomized selection of parts and ships is heavily swayed towards the Gray parts and consistent delivery of already received ships. I now have removed more duplicate ships than are available. I play two or three times a day because when loading a “20” ship to deliver “300” of something to a location it takes foreeeeeeeeeevvvvvvvveeeeeeerrr.
I have already emailed on other points….but I see why some really are considering dropping out….

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our game. As you have already mentioned, in order to fulfill the jobs in the region you are currently in, you need ships with a higher power. In order to do so, you need to upgrade your ships in the docks or get more new ships. If you are struggling with obtaining the ship parts, please check THIS forum article about Ship Parts - you can find there different ways how to get more Ship Parts.

I would suggest you try to play our big events where you can obtain ships with higher power than you can get in the region.

Many advise to not remove / dismantle duplicates, at least not until you're further into the game and have developed a good strategy for your fleet. Rather than having only 1 ship to deliver items you may have more available from your duplicates, even if they are not upgraded and at a lower capacity they can help with the job. Besides holding on to the duplicates costs you nothing. I have not needed parts so desperately that i felt the need to remove duplicates.
