pixel_player865153636 Hi. This is a mostly a "Player Forum", no support personnel here. If you want them to address your problem you'll need to submit a support ticket via the in-game mechanism.
Now it is true that on their support web site there's a "search box" which brings you to this forum and gives the false sense that this is their place for support. If you came here via that web site you'll have to scroll further down the page and select a "Category" for your problem report.
That said, there are lots of players here who can answer your questions, give hints, and so on. There's also some interesting articles and announcements posted by PF's community managers so there's plenty of reasons to hang around now that you've joined the forum.
