Forced purchase of Supreme container in tutorial

We have been notified by our new Port Managers, that after reaching Rotterdam the game forces them to purchase Supreme container for 150 gems - unfortunately this is a bug as that Supreme container is meant to be FREE as a part of the tutorial!

The Fix 🔎

We have been informed by our team that this feature will be fixed in the upcoming update to a version 1.16.1 that is going to be available in the Store in the nearest days starting today 10th August 2022!

When it comes to the missing 150 gems (to players that were not stuck in the loop but had to pay for the free container), we are happy to announce that our team and server finally processed all of the data regarding the bug and the affected players and sent out a special in-game news that contains all of the mistakenly taken gems from the purchase!

❕This in-game news will be available from 25th August 16:00 CET until 1st of September 14:00 CET- make sure ❕to visit your game and redeem your gems for his bug!

Once again we sincerely apologize for the prolonged inconveniences and we are extremely grateful for your patience and support!

Hello Community,

I have the following problem. When the introduction for the port in Rotterdam starts and I should get the first supercontainer for 150 Gems the lucky ticket turns and the game crashes with the error message: Error 56442b80

Reinstalled the game.
Different devices (s21+ as well as s8 tab).

Did not help.

Same problem here, tried updating phone, reinstalling game, restarting phone... And the errormessage changes every time... the game is unplayable since a restart throws me directly into the guided unlock of rotterdam...

Hi, I've reached the level where I am required to open the Rotterdam map. Upon doing so, I am funneled to the screen where I buy a new ship for 150 diamonds. As soon as I hit the buy button, I get error msgs, with a restart button. I have uninstalled/reinstalled twice with the same results. Suggestion?

pixel_player58064059 have you tried not buying the ship? The only other suggestion is to grab a screenshot of the offer and the error message and submit them via their in-game support mechanisms.

Since you just joined the forum I'm going to assume that you got here via their support web site. If so, scroll further down, select a category, and file the report that way. This is mostly a player forum so there's no PF support personnel here to help you resolve this.

There is no way to use ingame features for reporting, since the game starts you on rails the second it starts up unfortunately

Hello there, we are sorry for the inconvenience. We can confirm that there is a bug in the tutorial - this feature is supposed to be fixed in the upcoming update that is going to be in the Store in the next few days. Please check the Store for new updates frequently since we cannot speed up the process on Apple/Google Play´s side. Thank you in advance 🙏

the game is down from lv 10 nothing works anymore. whenever you want to open the container at Rotterdam, which is free, it restarts.

Thank you for your reports. Yes, the latest update didn't help resolve this issue, and we are waiting for approval from iOS to release a fix to this issue. Please, check the App Store for updates, it should be fixed in the next one.
If you play our game on Android, the latest update with a fix should be available in the Google Play Store.
