The rewards that you have forgotten to collect will be automatically sent to your game via a special pop-up window, that will appear after your next log-in after our server is done processing the missing rewards for all of the Port Managers.
Do not worry, you cannot miss this window by accident as it will automatically open upon your log-in and stay there until you claim it- you will also be unable to click anywhere else before claiming it!

The time when will the missing rewards arrive depends on the amount of requests our server needs to process
-at the latest the rewards are guaranteed to arrive to you during your next log-in after a new competitions starts!

This special feature was implemented by our team to help the players regarding the collection of the competition rewards, as we understand that sometimes we are unable to collect them in time ourselves due to other responsibilities.
In general the server collects and processes the data from all of the Port Managers to which he needs to send the competitions rewards back in the pop-up- that is why the time for this process varies across the competitions, depending on the amount of players that participated and did not collect their rewards
All of the game currencies available from the competitions are able to be sent through this pop-up without any issues!
