Ahoy there Port Managers, August brought to us these issues:
- Forced purchase of Supreme container in tutorial (fixed)
- Missing Jobs for stamps in Delivery Challenge (fixed)
- Glitching Trees (fixed)
- Bugged Magnate (fixed)
- Lag in Rio (fixed)

1. Forced purchase of Supreme container in tutorial π
We have been notified by our new Port Managers, that after reaching Rotterdam the game forces them to purchase Supreme container for 150 gems
- unfortunately this is a bug as that Supreme container is meant to be FREE as a part of the tutorial!

The Fix π
We have been informed by our team that this feature will be fixed in the upcoming update to a version 1.16.1 that is going to be available in the Store in the nearest days starting today 10th August 2022!

When it comes to the missing 150 gems (to players that were not stuck in the loop but had to pay for the free container), we are happy to announce that our team and server finally processed all of the data regarding the bug and the affected players and sent out a special in-game news that contains all of the mistakenly taken gems from the purchase!
βThis in-game news will be available from 25th August 16:00 CET until 1st of September 14:00 CET- make sure βto visit your game and redeem your gems for this bug!
Once again we sincerely apologize for the prolonged inconveniences and we are extremely grateful for your patience and support!

2. Missing Jobs for stamps in Delivery Challenge 
Once again we have been notified that some Port Managers are lacking Jobs for Stamps in the Delivery challenge that started earlier today at 5th August 2022 at 14:00 CET- we humbly apologize for the inconvenience!
The Fix π
We have been notified that the issue with the jobs during Delivery challenge lasted until 1st July 2022 18:50 CET.
The issue has been already resolved by our team and all of the players should have their stamps tasks generated as long as they reload their game and collect up a special job task for 15 stamps as our apology for the inconveniences!

After collecting up this special task you will unlock both of your normal Delivery challenge jobs and you can resume the challenge as usual!

3. Glitching Trees π³
Some Port Managers encountered a new type of a visual bug- glitching trees that seemingly despawn and respawn in the same place, causing a flashing/ glitching effect! These trees have been observed to misbehave so far in San Francisco, Scandinavia, Le Havre and Rio!

The Fix π
We have been notified by our team that within the recent update available since 11th September 2022 that arrived with a new game version 1.18 the Tree Glitches should be fully fixed and properly adjusted within all of the affected maps- in short, they should not be dancing around your screen anymore!
If you encounter any more glitches within these Trees, please make sure to let us know back HERE alongside your device specs and player ID, so we can once again investigate this issue- they for sure like to dance around!

4. Bugged Magnate 
We have been notified by our Port Managers that they have encountered a bug while attempting to finish up a job from Magnate in all of the regions- in general this issue does not allow them to fully complete and claim their task after delivering all of the necessary materials!

The Fix π
Our team informed us that the issue with the Magnate has been successfully resolved and to apply this fix properly into your game you will need to make sure to update your game to a version 1.16.1. - with that you will be able to finally complete your Magnate tasks and use up his special factory produce!
Please note that the fix is getting slowly released to all of the Port Managers across iOS and Android devices to assure the stability of the update- because of that there is a possibility that the fix will reach you a bit later due to the processing policies from both Google Play and App Store, but we can assure you that it will arrive to your Port as soon as possible!

5. Lag in Rio 
We have been notified by our Port Managers both in our tickets and also on our social medias that before and especially after the recent patch the currently latest region RIO experiences lag and delay within the actions- we sincerely apologize for the slow-motion celebrations going on in this region!

The Fix π
The team has worked hard to bring back in the celebrations in stable frames, which is why they have included a performance patch within the latest update to a game version 1.18, that was available since 11th September 2022 in which this issue should be fully resolved and the region should run on stable and smooth frames!
