So, if a player attacks you repeatedly and wastes your armies, steals your shit and makes your playing experience really bad, and then you fight back, there are two options:

1) You are a buddy of the admin and you can attack anyone anytime as often as you like, no consequences.
2) You get banned for 3 days, without any warning, because the other guy has the right to attack you, but you do NOT have the right to attack him, he is the admins buddy.

Furthermore if you are the admins buddy, you can follow the player, you do not like, on to another server and play the same thing there. Attack him, waste him, steal his shit, it will have no consequences. Admin will also ban the attacked player for bad language, he has to be silent when he gets attacked from the same guy on different servers. Never forget, he is the admins buddy and he can do this, the admin is ok with this. So the "prey" has to suffer silently and has not the right to fight back, because else the ADMIN will ban him from chat, the ADMIN will ban him from the server. Allways for 3 days, without warning. The attacker does not get banned, because (never forget !) he is the admins buddy.

So, nice rules you have, but they only are used against some people and that is bullshit.
