I downloadet Emporea on my Phone but I once had Internet problems and I closed the game.Then I reopen it and I was logged as a beginner.How can I me login or must I begin new?

Hi there, In case you have connected your game to Facebook or email, you should be able to access your game progress with the same login information. In case you have not connected your game, please contact the support with your old and new hero name and they will try to find your progress.

Mam pobraną grę na komputer. Powiązałem konta z FB, ale przez FB za każdym razem po wybraniu zakładki Emporea, zaczynam od nowa. Z telefonu także nie mogę się zalogować, także przez aplikację.

I just logged into my account and it logged me in as a beginner. I still have my gems, but nothing else (not even my name). My in game name was Colonel Flagg.

Same problem. But it forced me to start without anything I accumulate.

Write to Support. If you know your player ID that would probably help. I had a similar problem once and ended up with a second account on the same world. The were able to merge the two so I got my account back.

Sane thing here, I played last night and have spent money and over 7 days in a row. Why bother with this when you take the money and then cancel the account???

zdravim, od zaciatku hram cez PF portal, login cez mail a heslo, ale ked si stiahnem hru a hram ju "napriamo" (bez browseru) tak zakazdym ma to nuti rucne napisat cely mail aj heslo, ani jedno si nezapamata. Neda sa to nejako nastavit ?

Skontaktuj się z pomocą techniczną. Niestety wsparcie działa teraz tylko w godzinach pracy w dni robocze, więc nie otrzymasz pomocy do poniedziałku 🙁

If you can get onto a pc then go to portal.pixelfederation.com/en/emporea and there is usually the choice of how to log in. (https://prnt.sc/vltaqo) Instead of clicking facebook, find the box that says add another email. This will let you add your regular email and a new password to the account which is your email or pixel login.
