I figured it out. Look at the color of the arrows. Then put those head with the same color within those colors.

need help with the rolling heads. i feel i have tried all the different combinations. The arrows are all blue.
2 green and 1 blue to the left and 2 red and 1 blue to the right / last 3 anywhere
admin tried that still did not open the gates

I have cleared the museum of blacksmithing, but I still have to treasure chests behind ropes that I can't get to. I can't remember now how I was opening the other roped off areas. Any help would be much appreciated.
