Hi Shez Za yes have done other lights have got mirrors in same position as your screen shot and gate still shut..... I wonder if I have missed a step some where....but red/green lights done may have to ask support on this one thanks for your help xxx )
all i know is when i set the mirrors to take the screenshots, it always took me to the place where the 3 gates were... and because mine were already open it didnt do anything
but good luck diane... hope you get it sorted soon... try sending in a ticket from the support tab above the actual game.... you will get a response quicker there than here
