Try these suggestions:
On Mobile: log out of app. Clear the game cache via your device settings. Reopen app / log in again. Might even want to try restating your device after clearing the cache.
On Computer: log out if game. Close game Tab. Clear the browser cache. Open new tab / login to game.
If nothing works, you'll need to create a SUPPORT TICKET:
Scroll past the white search bar & choose a category to begin the form.
Or email them directly: firstname.lastname@example.org
Provide your Player ID# (found under the game settings wheel.)
