Problem with today's gift (cheese gratter)

An error occured when claiming the cheese gratter gift (error message in english) and I didn't get any 😪

Did you restart and check your inventory again?
Did you try to pick up the gift again?

If it claims that you already took it and still after a restart it is not in your inventory, then please contact pixel support.

Now I know much better what you mean, because a minute ago it happened to my second account.
An error notification when trying to claim the gift from the portal page („Diggy has broken his shovel“), and afterwards the gift offer is grayish and can’t be claimed.

As I don’t use facebook, this has nothing to do with it and so it‘s putting in a ticket with pixel support for you and me ☹️

Will also forward it to pixel‘s community managers, but they haven’t been seen active here in the forum for quite some time again unfortunately. So support is probably quicker.

I don't use facebook either (only the pixelfederation portal)
The link you sent me (That‘s if it‘s not that facebook accounts thing) doesnt start well:

"Regarding this issue....I can confirm that there is no error on Pixels side.
It works like that since I work for Pixel & much longer.
The only issue is with the game accounts connected to Facebook...."

With my first account I used that link and could get the gift fine.

With my second account I started from the portal page and got the error message, couldn’t get the gift.

I stayed logged in with this second account and came back here in the forum where dear @SkoRen provides those links. And it worked fine for my second account now as well.

Please try it out and report if it works for you 🤞

I just broke my shovel doing it the normal collect gift from the portal, non Facebook.
Then tried that link and had no problems with it.
With every gift you do need to refresh the game for it be added to the material count.
