Players that just play and don’t use the forum (myself in my first months of Diggy for example) never see the news and announcements. There is some info in the event hub of the game, but again, if you just play and tap away things quickly, that can be overlooked.
We here in the forum see it again and again, and also see the info again and again, but without forum that‘s not the case.
As for the „everywhere“ you are right of course. I really would have liked some more threads to be collected in here, but I got a repeated error message during the merging process. As pixel‘s community managers haven’t reacted so far to help me out with that, we have those question all over the place. Should become less with tomorrows sequel.
