In the game settings menu (⚙️) there is a SUPPORT button, on the page that opens scroll down and select a category and then fill in the form, you can upload a screenshot in the ATTACHMENTS. Once sent, you will receive a message with a TICKET NUMBER; this is confirmation that your message has been received.
