Known bugs & issues - WEEK #14

Dear players,

here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:

1.) Spring Festivals - The number of event materials differs in the Achievement description and in the description of the material

Shortly after the update was released, we found out that the numbers of event materials - Cheese Graters - differ in the game when checking the Achievement description and the material in the Materials tab.

The correct number of materials that can be found in the event is 70. The information in the Achievement description will be adjusted shortly. However, please note that the event will be released continually three times during three weeks, therefore, it won´t be possible to collect all 70 Cheese Graters in the first update release 🙂

1.) Spring Festivals - The number of event materials differs in the Achievement description and in the description of the material

EDIT:
The issue was resolved and now the information in the Achievement, as well as the one on the material states that there are 70 Cheese Graters to be found in the event. It´s still necessary to find only 25 to complete the Cheese Connoisseur achievement. This is not an issue 🙂 Thank you for your patience ❤

2.) Spring Festivals - Peculiar Cheese Shop - Gates don´t open after correct password is entered

Unfortunately, one more issue popped up shortly after the event was released and players are not able to solve the puzzle in Peculiar Cheese Shop and open the gates after entering the password correctly (348).

We also register a couple of reports that this puzzle might cause the game to crash.
Our tech team is working on a fix as we speak 🤞

In case you already encountered this issue, please reload the game and hit the button marked in the screenshot below.

In case you haven´t been to this location yet, please, first use the candle and when the table disappears, use the button as well.
