Noticed issue with other team members that when you go to team chat section you don't see help requests straight, you have to click to another tab like team and then go back to team chat tab to see the requests.

Also when you click help, the request doesn't always disappear straight away, so you need to click to another tab again.

This problem appears for me when playing in pc browser and android game application.

I‘m not sure if this is a bug or general underperformance of that feature.

For me it was like that from the start: Empty chat window sometimes. Takes quite a long time to load. So I switch to the other tabs or close the feature and open it again…

I think it just takes a long time sometimes.
And I think that I miss a lot of messages, because I still see mine from two days ago as the last one - and our team members are usually quite active.

You could ask pixel support and see what they say about it.

I have the same thing happening and as MadameCurie has said...I'm not sure if it is a bug or just a delay. I just ignore it and I notice later that my requests are fulfilled. It hasn't interfered with the gifting. More of an annoyance, if anything.

I get that all the time as well, clicking in and out of the tabs for things to go away or show.
Also when i get my requests and i change tabs and back it tells me what i already got, sometimes more than once.

All tabs load faster on pc browser than mobile.

Think the allover issue started when the mobile interface was redone, it got somehow slower and sticky rolling .. was smooth going with the older interface.
