As the wrong ingredient at a certain place will not be taken in (only the correct one will), there should be no need for a reset. Just position the ingredients as is shown in the maps.

Or post a screenshot as gamemaster suggested, and we can help you with it.

You can see in the maps that you have to mix red and yellow there.

So remove the blue and move the yellow there.
You have to step below and drag the yellow orb down first.

Gives orange and the maps show you where to move that.
