Special pack payed but not received
“I purchased a special pack on Google Play, I was charged, received an invoice, but the special pack was not added to my game.”
Although this issue is very rare, unfortunately, it may occur.
As the information about the payment may be blocked by the data stored in Google Play cache, as a remedy to the issue, we highly recommend to clear the Google Play Store cache. This can be done as follows:
Please, enter the settings on your device and click on "Apps"
Then, please, find the Google Play Store app and tap on it
Select the "storage" and tap on "clear cache" and "clear data"

After the procedure with both "clear cache" and "clear data" is completed, please, restart your device (turn it off and on). Then, please, load the game and leave it opened for a few minutes.
