As I understand it, the original poster was talking about when he/she claimed the electrum in the past there had been no doubling option.
As for the event pass showing only one, that is always the case afterwards.
So, in my pass, all doublings did work, but still, although I got 2 Topaz instead of one, afterwards the event pass shows the 1 Topaz that is given out regularly, without watching ads.

Or maybe the ad didn’t work that time and so you only got one?
Support should be able to check if one or two were given.
My point is, that the display of one electrum given in the event pass will always be the case, no matter if you got one or two. It shows what is given regularly.
