I love the postcards weeks, but a little bid sad that pixel doen't give an order to their 3rd party company to have more advertisements availible. in one day lost almost 200K in extra XP. For the repeatable mines it's a loss. But scared to finish the atlantis Quest or clear one of those mines.

Do you have the option to use PC or switch to desktop mode with the portal site?

That‘s where I go with big rewards.

Marcel_Schoof The same thing is happening on the Pixel Portal as on Facebook, plus rewards aren't being posted on the Pixel Portal.

MadameCurie I switch between PC, ipad and android phone, It sometimes helps, but with so many people requesting it doen's always help. Didn't double up om one of the Kronos mines. But on the repeatables i don't care. But Pixel must have know after al these years, that this problem will arise

The same with me......I lost alot of extra XP. I was planning to buy the special pack, but because of this I won't. This is the only way I know to protest.

They must know and they do know.
Somehow this issue still hasn’t been finally solved. I was told that it is more complicated than it looks, as it involves these third parties.

As I have no technological knowledge in this field at all, I have to believe it.

Still I think it should be easy to implement a „Try again“ button, or make a game crash set back your game to BEFORE getting the reward instead of marking it as given.

I don’t consider that being more complicated & involving third parties an explanation for not having it working properly after all this time. This is not directed at you Curie. They just need to make up their minds either fix it or get rid of it period. Enough!
