The final quest in Egypt that unlocks Scandinavia is "The Finishing Touches" in the game mine "Pyramid Of Harmony".
Which becomes available after completing the quest "Bermudchamun" in the game mine "Bermudchamun" & the quest "Blast From The Past" in the game mine "Crypt Of Carapace".
The tiles in Scandinavia are much more energy intensive than the tiles in Egypt.
