I, too, am having Last Tile Finder issue of trying to use but jammed, glitches, bugged, whatever in second location (the one after airport beginning. Happened yesterday. I gave it overnight to reset on its own, other times in past games, some issues have cleared that way.
Other parts of game is working fine, repeating location and Challenge Location 1 so far.
