HELP!!
I didn’t collect WINTER BUILDER 4 WINNER price, and I had all the keys ages ago. Was just taking my time enjoying the levels step by step, while focused on collecting all the 200’s gift. I didn’t know the event was timing out..😭😭😭

That’s very sad. There has been a timer on the event map, as with every event. It was very clearly running down. Another timer on the igloo icon in your camp, also running down. We had pinned threads to remind players of getting the equipment in time.

So unfortunately that will be a lesson to learn and nothing can be done about it, except keeping a watch on timers in the future.

Chances are, that we will get an event next Tuesday. There will also be a timer on that one, so make sure to finish and buy equipment in time.

Feel free to open another discussion, but don’t choose the poll format if that doesn’t make sense.

Neither of your options is part of the reality we live in, unfortunately.

For all Builder Events, once all the floors are open, you can bypass all the other floors and open the final gate to get the Ticket. That way you KNOW you have it & can either buy the equipment right then or wait 'til the Event is over (you'd have until the next update to buy it)

Then once you've gotten the ticket, complete the floors as you wish, just remember the Builder Events only ever run for a week.
