Platinum ticket spent but still shows in inventory and checklist won't complete.

I spent the ticket on tbe WereJaguar last night but my event checklist shows I still need to spend the ticket. I'm attaching screenshots of the WereJaguar placed in my underground, inventory showing the ticket still there and checklist showing I still need to spend it. Feeling a bit !

You haven’t spent the platinum ticket yet. The equipment is Winter Builder 4 Winner.

It‘s the only equipment that you can buy for the Winter Builder Platinum ticket.

Here is your werejaguar and what you paid for it. Material (Amazonium?) and coins, not the platinum ticket.

The WereJaguar is the only platinum ticket item in the Store Camp Equipment and I used the ticket and 1mil coins to buy it and then placed it as shown in the picture above. I did all that before my original post in this forum.

On PC: Choose „Home“ in the shop, then „ New stuff“. Scroll until you find the Winter builder 4 winner equipment and buy it with your platinum ticket. The timer is running and it would be a waste not to spend it.

On the app, choose shop, then „New“ and scroll until you find it.

As for the werejaguar, you have the available information in my earlier post. The prize for that one is 100 Amazonium and 1,200,000 coins.

You obviously didn’t check the wiki link that I posted for you. In there you see the available equipment for the winter builder event.

What a waste of my time to post all that, if you keep your eyes fixed on that jaguar. 🙄

Thanks for trying to help. I went through the entire camp equipment section in the store and there is nothing else there requiring a platinum ticket. I'm going to have to give up on this. If anyone out there is also in the New World and can tell me what the reward equipment item i should be finding in the store is, I'd appreciate it.

I bet you tapped only on the „camp equipment“ on the right in the list. I told you about the „New stuff“ before, but now you really should see it, actually it kind of jumps on you, doesn’t it 😉

And no, I‘m not in New world, but the only difference is that my Atlantean equipment is weaker.
It still is in the new stuff of the shop, same place for everybody.

Thanks. I finally got it done. Feel free to refer to me as "Mr. Bonehead" in the future. LOL. It even increased my regeneration speed to .097. Woohoo!
