Found and healed all the sick. Map says I completed the tasks but task list has me at 16/17 and won't let me advance to "let's decode". What am I missing?

Scandinavia - Frigga - Sick Village

After you have healed the sick, you must return to the town of FJORDHEIM and talk to Frigga's Wise Woman.
