Have you completed the quest and not received the ring, XP and coins?
Or have you cleaned whole location: 153rd Floor and not received XP?

Or haven't you got double rewards?
Unfortunately, this problem often occurs with players playing via mobile.
After launching the App, you have to wait a few minutes before you can request a double.
And advertising regularly does not work properly. 😟
If you have the chance, play on PC. Everything works fine for me there.
