Why is the game not going further, i already lost 1 day and only 6 left now

If you would be more specific, the answer could be also. There is one quest where you just have to visit the challenges to go on, but my glas orb is a bit too misty to show if that might be your problem 😉

If you see the Xmas 2021 Quests: The ISLAND VOLCANO is avialable, after you finished the TASTY ARCTIC EXPRESS quest (Fleur's Bakery location).

If you have done it, but you cannot enter the Island Volcano location, please contact Pixel Support, they can fix it.

pixel_player89881069 Do you play on mobile? The design was changed recently so that normal quests, side quests and event quests are separated. Did you check in the "event quest" category? I cannot post a screenshot because I am currently on PC. If there is actually no quest in this category, please contact support like SkoRen suggested.
