Festive Fortn- stuck in fireplace

I pulled the robot to the fireplace and I can’t push/pull him because there’s a bug swarm spot on the floor but when I go to the other side of the fireplace there are bars, reloaded game, still stuck in fireplace?

first place battery(click the car for battery) , then electrics 1, then 2, then switch 3 to open fireplace

Neither of you gave information about if you did everything according to the maps.
We have no glas orbs here and can‘t access your games as this is a player‘s forum, not pixel support.
Players take their time to answer and help, even in cases like this one with insufficient information given, thumps down given as first thing and beliefs beyond reality as second.

I guess from the idea to replay events, that one has little experience with the game yet. There is no reset to play levels again.

If you are sure that you have a bug in your game, contact pixel support. It says directly in your settings of the game to do so if there is any problem or if you are stuck.

It would be advisable to check first, if you have done everything correctly, but if that hurts someones pride, better don’t, just contact support.

The hints were given, because following them removes the swarm of bugs that - according to the entry post - was blocking the way.

If you have a different problem, you might need a different solution.

Same here...stuck in fireplace . Hint to get out?

Step 1
You put the electrical box in position 1️⃣ so that the TV works. At this point, the midget will come to TV, you will pull out the remote and remove the battery from the car.

Step 2.
You put the battery in the holder and then the electric box in the 2️⃣ place. The light will then turn yellow and the bugs will come away from the level on the right.

Step 3
You open the water pipe valve and the fire goes out.
You pull the lever on the right and the passage in the fireplace opens.

This issue can only be fixed individually, so you have to contact support and they will un-stuck you.
