I haven‘t seen YOU doing something useful to solve the problems you are listing.
Not even if it is really easy and put within easy reach for you with the links above.
Usually I copy certain posts in there, if players are not able to do that themselves or maybe don’t see our responses. But your post is of no informational value to sort things out.
If it’s possible for you, describe in detail, when and under which circumstances the game crashes happened. Not here! Depending on whether it had to do with ads or not, you choose the appropriate link of the two that were given ⬆️ and are also pinned on top when you enter the forum. Easy to see.
Let‘s see if you can do something right for a change.

@CynthiaF It‘s of no use to describe the difference between a player‘s forum and pixel support to him. I‘m sure he knows, but doesn’t care. It has been explained to him like ten times and the way to support also.
