When do I "learn" to make the broiled cod fish? I have an abundance of cod, herbs, and enough vegetable root to begin making it but it's not available in my kitchen. I am currently working on the Skadi Small Islands quest. I have completed Father's quest Sauna Resort . My side quests 2 has not opened yet. Just wondering if I should have learn to make this already. I can't make dill soup yet either. Thanks!
