I am working on the "New Photo Shop" level and I cannot find the ladder to the level shown below. I believe it is on the second level as the ladder to it seem to go down. I have crawled all over the lower 2 levels, but cannot find the pint to get to this one area. Any help would be greatly apprerciated.
