Known bugs & issues - WEEK #49

Dear players,

here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:

1.) Christmas 2021 - Christmas Challenge 5 - players getting an error message when loading the location

We register several reports from players not being able to enter the Christmas 2021 Challenge 5 location as they get an error message.

Our tech team is aware of the issue and currently, we´re working on a fix for all players 💪

2.) Caravan animal/robot misplaced

We received a report that the caravan animal (in Terra the robot) is misplaced in the mobile app.

The issue should be fixed in the next version of the mobile app.

3.) Christmas 2021 - Christmas Challenge 4 - no godchildren in the location

Due to a technical issue we registered during the update, it may have happened that players entered a "wrong" version of the location which didn´t include God´s Children.
If you had this issue, please let us know so we can fix the issue in your game account.
Unfortunately, we´re not able to fix the matter for all players automatically and it´s necessary that you contact our support.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 🆕

Hey there 🙂 not a bug, just info.
A new version of the mobile app will be shortly released to all players and it will include a new visual in the camp.
The new visual was created based on the feedback we gathered and we sincerely hope you´ll enjoy it 🤞
Even though it was tested before the release, we´re still collecting feedback and monitoring the community so we can resolve any issues asap 💪

1.) Christmas 2021 - Christmas Challenge 5 - players getting an error message when loading the location

The issue was fixed and players should be able to access the Christmas Challenge 5 now.

4.) Christmas 2021 - Christmas Challenge 5 - location was reset for players who already made progress in it

So, this issue was caused on our side when fixing the 1.) issue 😥
To be able to fix the 1.) issue, the location Christmas Challenge 5 had to be reset, however, unfortunately, it was also reset for several players that already made progress within the location.
Please note that this is our top priority now and we´re doing our best to come up with a fix asap 🤞

EDIT: More issues arose with this recent "fix". Please note that we are aware that several players got stuck in this location due to the Area Vision Error. Also, we can confirm that we register players being stuck (for example) behind a draggable, and are not able to proceed to further levels of the location.

4.) Christmas 2021 - Christmas Challenge 5 - location was reset for certain players

This particular location was causing difficulties that required us to reset the location for a certain group of players. Within that group, some players could not access the location at all. These players were fixed and should already be able to access the location without obstacles.

The second sub-group of players could get trapped in the location, which required us to first reset the location, and then move them to the start of the location. These players could also partly or fully clear the location, but due to the reset, the tiles are back in the location. All materials, coins, and XP remained in the players' accounts. . Players from this sub-group should already be able to access the location again.

Please note that it is not needed to contact support if you are able to proceed in this location. We have all player IDs that were affected and will contact each player.

All players affected by the issues in the location Christmas 2021 Challenge 5 will be properly compensated on Monday.

In the meantime, all players are free to dig the tiles, proceed in the location and eventually complete it.

4.) Christmas 2021 - Christmas Challenge 5 - location was reset for certain players

Players received the energy compensation in the form of consumables along with an in-game message. Thank you all for your patience and cooperation in this matter ❤
