You did well. It is unfortunate when you can’t continue and need pixel support.
They are very nice and helpful. Only problem is the weekend. So it might take until Monday, but sometimes you are really lucky and get help on a Sunday. They don’t have many people working on the weekend, so it depends on how many players have issues.
My fingers are crossed 🤞 for you that you can continue soon.
