That happens when you write in the big white text window.

Gamemaster told you to look half way down at the support options, but often enough it happens that peope write in the white window above that, that says „Type your issue in here“ - for obvious reasons. They miss that it also states „You will be redirected to the forum“.
Pixel wants you to search in our forum, if your question is maybe already answered here before you contact their support.
For some issues, you just need support, so I hope you get there successfully now.
