As gamemaster said, that is the root of your problem. Tile costs increase massively when you change regions. There are better equipments and greater rewards to make up for it with time, but this increase is at a max between Egypt and Scandinavia. Your tiles are 6x expensive now and your camp is not really prepared for that yet.
Unfortunately there is no way to move this account back to Egypt. Slowly strengthening your camp and enduring waiting times is one way. Most players do that.
I started a new account from scratch, with all knowledge I had by then about the game. Progressed quickly, but kept my new Diggy in Egypt until over level 200! (That‘s highly unusual, even Abhi, whose videos you have probably seen, told me that that Diggy was like level 135 at that time).
What I mean is: Really, really strong camp, all camp slots open, big food reserve. THEN moved to Scandinavia.
There are downsides to that approach. Many. So you can just go on with your current account, it will get better for you with time.
Just wanted to let you know that there is this alternative to think about. You lose everything you achieved so far, so be careful with that option.

If you were willing to play two accounts, you could leave your current one and play the little bit that you can.
Open another account with another email, play that one strong in Egypt, you have time to play this one whenever your first one is recharging. So have the best of both worlds.
Unfortunately there are downsides to this as well. It takes a lot of time. I played two accounts for some time, but right now I let my little one sleep, because I want to reduce my screen time.
