If you bought Premium Row, pay attention and take screen shots. What happens is, you see that you have two rewards, free and premium.
You click on the free one, and it appears to double. The doubled amount is even added to your total of whatever it is. But, if it is energy, and you keep playing to use it, you will get server error once you dip into the illusory not-really-there portion. If it is something like exp or coins, when you leave the game and return, the doubled amount that seemed to have been added will have disappeared.
Also, you will see that in the Event Pass screen, the free row rewards already collected will be in gray in the single amount, not the doubled amount they are supposed to be.
I put in a ticket and they are working on it.
I hope that a general announcement will be made and all premium row purchasers given the double rewards they were promised. But in case they don't make sure you gather your evidence and send in a ticket.
