Known bugs & issues - WEEK #41

Dear players,

here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:

1.) The issue with sharing rewards on Facebook (achievement, quest, level-up)

We register that several players are not able to share rewards where is a possibility to watch an ad (achievement, quest, level-up) after Facebook was down a few days ago. We have forwarded this to our tech team but unfortunately, it seems that this issue is on the Facebook side. Once we know something new, we will let you know 🤞

2.) Two correct answers in the Terra location - Temple of Anansi (achievement, quest, level-up)

We can confirm that there are two correct answers to the quiz question "Which of the following is not a border of the Sahara Desert?". The correct answer was supposed to be "Pacific Ocean" but unfortunately, we have added one more correct answer and that's the "Black Sea" (this was supposed to be the Red Sea).
In case you have chosen the Black Sea and you had to pay extra energy to clear additional tiles for the wrong answer, please contact our Support in order to receive compensation. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

3.) A hint in the location Temple of Anansi has a wrong direction

A beetle hint has a wrong direction since its head is directing to the opposite side as it should. It should direct to the banana on the ground. Unfortunately, this hint cannot be changed. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

4.) Server error after the update

We can confirm that every player is receiving a server error after the update. Our tech team is currently fixing this issue. Please bear with us.

EDIT: due to the fact that we need to fix this issue, our tech team was forced to leave the game in the maintenance
EDIT2: maintenance is over but the server error still appears. We are working on it.
One more additional information - players playing the Anubis questline don't have this issue since they are not able to play new events and thus they have not this error. We can confirm that the error is related to the new Halloween event.

Edit 4: Our system has fallen again. We turned on 10 min maintenance - sorry for the inconvenience 😢

EDIT 5: The newest info is that our players should be able to play the game and hopefully it should already be able to handle a similar (and partly also a bigger) onslaught.

EDIT 6: We can confirm that we register an issue with server error when collecting Godchildren in the friends' camps. This might be related to the issue with the newest Halloween event.

EDIT 7: I'm sorry for the bad news - our game is again in the maintenance 🙁 All your reports regarding slow loading and so on was connected to this issue 😕

5.) The issue with the purchase of the Premium Row in the Event Pass

We would like to inform you that our tech team has found out the reason why all players trying to purchase the Premium Row on Facebook were not able to proceed to the purchase step. This should be fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
