Known bugs & issues - WEEK #40

Dear players,

here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:

1.) DA - Autumn Postcard achievement turned gold event though not completed

We just received a report from a player about his/her Autumn Postcard achievement - Autumn Messenger 4 - turned gold like it was completed even though it´s not.

Our tech team is currently investigating this matter. Should we have more info on this, we´ll update this article 🤞

2.) Terra - Theatre on Ice - player not able to clear tiles

We register a few reports about players not being able to clear the first level stage of the Theatre on Ice as they´re not able to step on the carpet and proceed to the left side part of the area.

This should be rather seldom issue, however, in case you´re experiencing this, please let our support know so we can fix you asap.

3.) Terra - Theatre on Ice - player not able to complete the quest here

Shortly after the update was released, we´ve been receiving reports from players that they´re not able to complete the quests here as the game crashed and the first part of the quest got incomplete.

The matter should be fixed by now, however, in case there´s anyone there, who still experiences this issue, please let us know 🙏

4.) Egypt - players not able to proceed with the main questline

Recently, we´ve been getting reports from players about not being able to proceed with the main questline in Egypt as they´re not able to take up any further quests. No one would give them new quests in the City, neither in the Temples of Gods, despite the fact that the God´s are there.

Unfortunately, we can confirm that we do register this issue. The matter was partly fixed but as the issue is rather complex, our tech team is working on a second fix, which would help all players with this issue.

5.) Special Offer - Caravan Ticket can be claimed more than once

We register the issue that our players are able to claim this item more than once even when the maximum limit is 1 piece. Please note that the 1st Caravan Ticket is correctly added to the players' accounts however when you claim the item next time the error shows up in your game.

This should be fixed soon but until then, please make sure to claim the item only once in order to prevent the error.

6.) Issue with updating the Diggy's adventure app

Are you not able to update the app? We would like to recommend you the following steps that can help you to solve this issue:

reinstall Diggy's Adventure app
if this didn't help you, try to check whether Chrome or Facebook app needs to update as well (if yes, please update these apps)
clear DA app's data

7.) More versions of Find the Pair

Although this is not a bug we receive support tickets regarding this reworked feature. The version of Find the Pair you see in your game right now is not the only one there is. We can confirm that there are five sets of the Find the Pair for every region, with different gem prices and items.

The game has activated one of them for you - the one you see in the game now. The version of Find the Pair activated is determined by our analyses.

Of course, it may happen that the version some players see in their games does not reflect the nature of their gem purchases, but we intend to work with every piece of feedback from you.

8.) The issue with XP and coin reward for sending materials in Teams

In case you are able to select the "Send" button more than once and receive XP and coin reward infinitely, please note that our tech team registers this issue and we are working on a fix. Until then, please reload the game and this issue should be fixed.
