Known bugs & issues - WEEK #39

Dear players,

here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:

1.) Superheroes 3 - Dr. Disasters Moon Base - incorrect tile count

Unfortunately, we registered an issue with the tile count in Superheroes 3 location Dr. Disasters Moon Base.
After clearing all tiles in this location, the final tile count shows 700/701, however, the last tile is nowhere to be found and even using the Last Tile Finder won´t help.

Our tech team is currently investigating this matter. Should we have more info on this, we´ll update this article 🤞

2.) Teams - sending materials on WebGL rewards XP and coins; sending them on the app does not

Currently, when sending materials to your teammates in Teams gives you some experience points and coins.
Unfortunately, at the moment, graphically, it´s only displayed in the WebGL version of the game.

We can confirm that the coins and experience points are being added properly on a mobile app as well, however, the graphic is missing. Our tech team is aware of this situation and we can confirm that the graphic will be added in the newest version of the app.

3.) Terra - Akhlut - Underwater Training Grounds - player stuck, blocked by a crab

Players reported that they can get stuck in Akhlut´s location Underwater Training Grounds after pulling down the arrow and then pulling the sponge with the crab.

The matter was forwarded to our design team so it can be fixed asap 💪

4.) Terra - Akhlut - quest Akhlut´s Army - incorrect instruction

When finishing the quest Akhlut´s Army, the instructions are to talk to the servitor of Akhlut, however, it´s necessary to talk directly to Akhlut.

Our design team is aware of this and the fix should be out soon 🤞

1.) Superheroes 3 - Dr. Disasters Moon Base - incorrect tile count

EDIT: The issue was fixed and Diggy will now stand near the last tile.

5.) Event Pass - new feature in the game but not working yet

Hey guys, unfortunately, we managed to release a feature to the game which is currently not working yet and thus might cause confusion.
Maybe you noticed that in the Event Pass, a new banner was added about the materials from the Free Row being doubled.
The feature will work as follows:
If a player purchases the Premium Row of the Event Pass, he/she will get the materials from the Free Row doubled automatically.
If a player doesn´t purchase the Premium Row of the Event Pass, he/she will have the opportunity to double the materials from the Free Row by watching an add.
Please note that even though the banner is already in the game, the feature is not active yet and unfortunately, we´re not able to remove the banner from the game as it´s hardcoded to the system.
Our tech team works hard on implementing the necessary changes and making the feature available as soon as possible.
