This is for the benefit of those players who don't have knowledge of &/or access to these choices.
If you would like a different option of the Super Heroes 3 Special Packs than what you have been offered inside your game account.
Firstly you pick which option Super Heroes 3 Special Pack that is relevant to your Region from the below screenshots....then you contact Pixel support directly....please see below (at the bottom of this post) on how to contact Pixel support ⬇️
When you are filling out your Support Ticket....from the categories that are written in BLUE.....1st choose the category "PAYMENTS".....then choose the category "CHANGE OFFER PRICE".
Then describe which Super Heroes 3 Special Pack that you want to change over to & purchase.....fill in the required fields....then submit your Support Ticket.
It's a very good idea to keep a record the Support Ticket Receipt Number.
PLEASE NOTE:
1️⃣ These prices are displayed in USD you will need to check the conversion to your own currency.
2️⃣ These price are based on you purchasing directly through the Pixel Portal.
There are 2 benefits from buying these Special Packs directly through the Pixel Portal:

🅰️ You WILL receive an automatic Support Ticket Receipt Number that will appear in a pop-up Confirmation Window immediately after you submit your Support Ticket....it is a good idea to record this number.
