Stuck in Ixchel. Please help.

HELP! I've completed the spider cave, made the dress, but I cannot proceed further. She said to talk to Ixchel, but I can't find him. I've checked Amazonium. Where do I go from here. Did I miss something. I've also completed Ixchel's caves....??? Thanks for your assistance.
