Have you tried searching your email for keywords like "Pixel" & "Diggy"?
As MadameCurie suggested.....do you have any Support Ticket Receipt Numbers?
How many Support Tickets have you sent them?
If you don't have any Support Ticket Receipt Numbers.....I suggest that you send another Support Ticket..... make sure that you record the Support Ticket Receipt Number.
Then I suggest that you post that Support Ticket Receipt Number here & then we can try to follow it up with the Pixel Community Managers.
There are 3 different ways to contact PIXEL SUPPORT.
Remember to check your email spam/junk folder for replies.
Do NOT send multiple Pixel support tickets in quick succession...otherwise their spambot might eat them.

If you contact Pixel Support directly via the email address below....you MUST include your player ID number....which can be found in your game settings menu.

If you contact Pixel Support via either Points 1. & 2. above....it's a great idea to record the Support Ticket Receipt Number that will automatically appear in the pop-up Confirmation Window immediately after you submit your Support Ticket.
If you contact Pixel Support via Point 3. you will NOT receive either of these:
- A Support Ticket Receipt Number.
- An automated response email.
