I have been playing for a few years now and I have 10's of millions of coins built up and I logged in this morning and there all gone I have 40,000 coins. Where did all my money go??!! Please help me. Thanks

We are all players here, and can’t access your game. If you are absolutely sure you didn’t spend that money by accident, you will have to contact support and ask them to look into the matter.

It would be nice if you could let us know the result.

Usually it’s either fixed with a restart or people spent the money. So far, to my knowledge, there has never been one single game failure that resulted in a loss of coins or gems, although such a loss is reported by players here in the forum from time to time.

If we get one confirmation from pixel support about such an error in the game, that would be important information.

I also had the exact same problem. I logged into the game this morning and all money was gone. I had almost a billion dollars in there as I have been playing this game for over 10 years. So Your not alone. I will report it also.
