By "boards" do you mean "lumber"?
Have you been checking your Inventory Backpack?
Do you know how/where to look in your Inventory Backpack.....if not check out this forum thread which shows where/what is located in your camp

I suggest that you take a screenshot of your lumber supply in your Inventory Backpack.....then go & do one of the lumber repeatable mines such as the "Lumber Warehouse".....then take another screenshot after you have cleared the repeatable mine.
Also make sure that you are not cooking or forging anything at the same time that uses lumber....while you are trying to work out whether you are receiving lumber or not.
If there is a discrepancy & the lumber is not being added to your Inventory Backpack.....then you will need to contact Pixel support directly.
