Dear players,
here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:
1.) Teams - material request disappearing from the chat
Unfortunately, we still register reports about the Teams material requests disappearing from the Teams chat.
We register several cases of what is happening at the moment:
- Some players don´t see the notification that they received the materials in Teams.
- Some players do see the notification but will get an error after the notification pops up.
- Some players are not able to see the material requests in the chat.
- There are also reports from players that they´re not able to claim the materials.
We´re truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and we´ll do our best to fix the matter asap 🤞

2.) Terra - Missing tile in the Arctic Ocean location
We´ve been getting reports from players that they´re missing a tile in the Nanook´s Arctic Ocean location.
However, we´re glad to confirm that the issue in the Arctic Ocean was fixed for all new players.
Unfortunately, players, who still experience this issue need to contact our support so we can fix the issue in their game account manually.

3.) Detective Stories 4 - Texas Countryside - players can´t proceed due to doubled NPC
In the Texas Countryside location, some players are not able to proceed due to a doubled NPC. The situation is shown below.
Also in this case, the issue was fixed for all new players but players, who still experience this issue in their game have to contact our support so we can fix the issue manually for them.

4.) The Keeper achievement progress count
We received a report about the Keeper achievement doesn´t count the progress immediately, rather than after a game reload.
We´re glad to confirm that the fix is already being tested and it should take effect during September 🤞
