Quest rewards not displaying correctly

For a month or so I'm getting an intermittent glitch where the rightmost quest reward displays as a "loading circle" that never completes loading. No network issues at my end. This happened at least twice, with the final Zeus quest and the final Hera quest. It showed XP, coins, a gap, and then ... something. It didn't load the graphic even after waiting several minutes, suggesting either the image file is really huge or, more likely, something is broken -- perhaps it's getting a 404, either because the relevant files are missing or misplaced at the server, or because the client has the wrong URLs for them. Either case is your bug, though.

I trawled through my inventory after the first time it happened in case it was new camp equipment, but didn't see anything new. It was probably just an amethyst or something, then, but it's also possible that the item that wasn't displayed correctly also was not awarded correctly, in which case we have a more serious problem than just a cosmetic error occasionally affecting one infrequent screen in the game ...

That is most likely a decoration for your camp, but those can only be placed when playing on PC. So I suppose you are playing via the app, which is why the decoration isn’t displayed.

Edit to add: if you want to be sure, check the wiki page if that quest was to reward you a decoration.

As Emily stated already, the final quests of the greek gods award decorations. Which you can only use/display in your camp when playing on PC. Here is a screenshot from the Wiki questline

I brought this issue to the attention of Pixel Community Managers.....here is their response:

"Next time this happens, please, contact our support with the following information:
1.) what quest it was
2.) screenshot of the loading circle

Without these information, we are clueless".

So please ensure that you contact Pixel support directly & provide them with the details that they have requested above.

Remember to check your email spam/junk folder for replies.

The graphic getting stuck loading endlessly and never completing is indubitably a bug, so I don't see why this thread was moved. Also, I can't find moved threads unless a link is left behind. Please stop moving my threads.

As for the PC version, that is not an option. I long since ripped out all instances of Flash from my machines as it was becoming too big a security risk, but that rules out being able to play Flash (so, Facebook and etc.) games.

To go with that statement, the PC version has not used flash for over 2 years.
Flash in general ended at the beginning of this year.
Again, more stuff you don't know what you are talking about.
Flash was too big a security risk, you just like to get us all laughing. 😆

Because I took my time that I invest voluntarily to assist other players in this forum to personally post your issues to the Pixel Community Managers......so that I could advise you better on how to deal with your issues.

I then again personally took the time to transpose the reply that I received from the Pixel Community Managers to you here in this thread....please refer to my above thread that I posted to you a day ago ⬆️

So obviously you play via mobile app.....do you use Android or Apple?

If you really cannot see you posts, profile, etc.....then please upload some screenshots so we can better understand your issues with being unable to see these things.

I completely baffled at why you are unable to bookmark &/or follow your thread(s) & then why you are unable to return them 🤔

Have you gone into you Forum Profile settings & made sure that your "Notifications" are switched "ON"?

Here is what I actually have: a bug report forum with a "back" link, a link to start a new post, a drop down to change the sort order, a refresh button, a mark-all-read button, and the threads, with a load-more-threads button at the bottom. That's basically it on the page I have bookmarked.

Instead of Bookmarking the "Bug Report" page.....because if the "Bug Report" tag is removed then obviously you will not be able to see your thread in the "Bug Report" listings.

But this does NOT mean that your thread has been deleted.....it just means that it has been re-tagged.

So instead I suggest that you Bookmark these links....& I will double check them to ensure that they work.

If you can bookmark the site for the bug reports, you should also be able to change the view to see ALL discussions. Or to change your settings.

So one last time, here is how to find your profile on a smartphone/tablet. In the upper left corner there is either an arrow or three small lines. If it’s the arrow: click on it to get the lines. If it’s the lines: click on it and you’ll get to your profile. Click on your name and you’ll find all your posts.

Once you found all your posts you might take a moment to scroll through them and contemplate how rude and irrational you are behaving around people who spend their FREE TIME to help other players. All you are doing is wasting our time with accusations, threats and complaints. You are apparently expecting the entire Diggy community to change the way this forum works simply because
it would suit YOU better. Nope, not going to happen.

Next time you have a question, please don’t bother coming here. Send a ticket to the support staff. At least they are PAID to put up with your out of proportion ranting and the stupidity of your accusations.

This is what I see for the main page on the forum.....I even circled in pink where I can see that I have "Notifications" that are unread.

Obviously I scroll ⬆️⬇️ to see the other forum sections.

Then I see this in the section listings

Again obviously I scroll ⬆️⬇️ to see more threads......there is also a "Load More" button at the bottom of the screen.....which guess what it does????

I use the Desktop Site mode on my phone. I couldn't stand writing posts in the mobile version.

1) Why would someone remove the bug report tag from a bug report?

2) I only see a back button in the top left. If I'm not looking to go back I ignore it, and if I am I use the browser's so the history doesn't get cluttered and the forward button will behave as expected.

3) I don't leave the bug report forum because I don't generally bother with this site except if I run into a bug. Trawling through every forum one by one looking for the threads I've posted in would be massively inconvenient when I should just be able to check for threads in the bug report forum with unread posts, since I don't start threads other than to report bugs. Except that someone keeps randomly removing the bug report tag from some threads that report bugs, for some silly reason ...

4) In case there is a need to repeat this: yes, a graphic "spinning endlessly" and never loading is a bug, when not caused by an end user networking problem. And so yes, a report of a stuck graphic that rules out local networking issues as the cause is a bug report and should retain the bug report tag.

First, this is the players forum, and you know that since - in between your complaints - you actually helped other players already. So you know that we cannot "fix" anything, and that no one from pixel support will magically appear here. If you are so sure that your game has a bug, then please STOP complaing and submit a ticket. Now to your other problem, not finding your posts. So many fellow players have tried already, and I will actually try again. Here is a screenshot of your post in my browser. I circled my User name in red, in your browser YOUR User name (pixel_player108961443) should be in this position. When you click on it you see a drop down window opening (same as in my screenshot). When you click on "Profile" you will see ALL of your 43 posts (see my second screenshot) and as soon as you found the (your) post you are looking for, you click on the header and you are in the respective thread. No matter how hard I try, I cannot see the difficulty in this. BUT If your screen looks different, show us 😊
