Could you be missing a side-quest?
If you are having issues finding a new quest in ATLANTIS.....try doing the following:
1️⃣ Return to your Main Camp to see if there is a character there you need to speak to.
2️⃣ Return to the City Of Atlantis to see if there is a character there you need to speak to.
3️⃣ Return to the last game mine you were working on to see if there is a character you need to speak to or if there is a task you need to complete.
4️⃣ Do you need to make something or give something to a character such as food, materials or other items?

Have you checked out the relevant Wiki pages, quests, maps, videos, guides, walkthroughs & hidden gifts.
