Our Community Managers have checked & they have not yet received a support ticket from you.
This is the reply that they provided to us:
"Since the Player ID of this player is not valid, we need a Support Ticket with the correct Player ID in order to help him further 🙏"
Therefore please ensure that you lodge a support ticket directly with Pixel.
Make sure that you include your Player ID number....which can be found in your game settings menu.
There are 3 different ways to contact PIXEL SUPPORT.
Remember to check your email spam/junk folder for replies.
Do NOT send multiple Pixel support tickets in quick succession...otherwise their spambot might eat them.
